Disneyland Day Three

The morning of the third day Xander decided he wanted to ride Star Tours again and build a light saber for his souvenir.  While Steven, Xander and Lindsey did that Paizley and I happened to spy Belle up by the front of the park so we managed to get our picture with her.

I've got a Yoda on my back!

I've got a Wompa on my head!

After the fun that is Star Wars light sabers, we met Steven's uncle Dave and aunt Malinda and cousin Samantha for lunch.  Disney had just opened a new area in Fantasyland the week before so Samantha was excited to see it.  It's called Fantasy Faire and it's a place where you can go to meet the princesses.  It's nice that there is some where to go that is inside and you can have a couple of one on one minutes with each princess without having to elbow other kids out of your picture.

Paizley and Aurora

Paizley and Ariel (who is Paizley's favorite princess)

Paizley and Cinderella

We met back up with everyone and sat down to see the main street parade. Uncle Dave, Me, Paizley and Steven.  Paizley was abut pictured out at this point as you can see by her face.

Paizley and Xander were enjoying the parade

Then Paizley laid down and went to sleep on the road!

I thought this was neat, I don't know if anyone else will care.  Disney has re-done It's a small world to include Disney characters in their county of origin.

Alice in Wonderland in England.  Peter Pan is also in England but my camera was being stupid so I missed it.

Cinderella in France

Pinocchio in Italy

Aladdin and Jasmin in the Middle East

Simba and Pumba from Africa

The Three Caballeros in Mexico

Ariel under the sea

Mulan in China

Lilo and Stitch in Hawaii

I think this is the Alligator from Fantasia

Woody and Jessie from the good old USA

We stayed that night to see Fantasmic over the lake in New Orleans Square.  Xander had passed out and I had a heck of a time getting him to wake up.  We had so much fun at Disneyland and can't wait to go back.  I think you almost need four days to do everything now because there was tons of things we didn't quite get to.

Just so we will remember for the future. Xander's favorite rides were Space Mountain, Star Tours ( he seriously rode it like six times) Toy Story.  He also loved the Jedi Training Academy.
Paizley loved Dumbo, the Ariel ride and the Haunted Mansion.  I'm fairly certain she's the only four year old that says her favorite ride at Disneyland is the scary one.
