What's More Patriotic Than Apple Pie? Denny's Of Course!

My babysitter needed pretty much the whole month of July off for various activities such as girls camp and I think there was talk of a Renaissance fair.  We decided to dole the kids out to a couple of different places, Hailey's for a week, and Grammy and Boppy's for the other week.  No one really wanted to drive to Idaho for the 4th what with it being a Tuesday and all so we decided to meet in Tremonton at the Denny's to make the hand off.

After the fine fair at Denny's we drove around until we found a park to hang out at.

Swings

My mom had seen this picture done on Pintrest or something of the like. We did girls against boys.

The boys minus a Steven Ross.  Steven was helping Laron with a high priest breakfast that their ward was putting on.  Ryan was being a jerk just before this picture was taken so I kicked him.

After Tremonton I drove back home, picked up Steven and we went over to Ryan's house for KFC.  The 4th wouldn't be complete without fried chicken.  We were going to stay for the fireworks.  There is a hill behind were Ryan lives that you can see the stadium of fire really well.  Then I realized I had to work the next day and we wouldn't get home until midnight at least, so we lamed out and went home at 8:30.  No fireworks this year.  Sad.
